Engineering Administration Assistant Required

Corrosion Engineering Solutions Ltd is an Engineering consultancy specialising in the remediation of buildings and civil structures affected by corrosion.

Due to an increasing work load we are looking to recruit an organised and self-starting person to assist with the administration of the business on a part time basis.

The job role responsibilities will include:

  • Organisation of travel for team members;
  • Procurement of equipment, materials and office sundries;
  • Ensuring pre-qualification certificates and accreditations are kept up to date;
  • Maintaining accounting records for VAT and end of year accounting purposes – No formal accounting training is required;

There is also scope for the successful candidate to participate in office based Engineer activities if they are so interested. Formal and or job related training will be provided as necessary.

The working hours will be two-days per week with additional hours required on an ad-hoc but flexible basis. It is anticipated that permanent additional hours may be required as the successful candidate becomes more integral to the business.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
